Bedsmade wanted more than a website refresh, they wanted to stand apart in a crowded luxury bedding market. That meant rethinking everything from the navigation flow to how the brand’s story was told. The process was highly collaborative, with daily client contact, evolving requirements, and the need to stay adaptable without losing sight of the core vision.

We began with a lean analytics review and an in-depth competitor audit, both within and beyond the bedding category. This revealed gaps in the luxury eCommerce space, particularly around personalisation, and set the stage for a more bespoke, tailored shopping journey.
